The payment of your stay can only be done by credit card in advance, so as soon as the deposit is verified, your reservation will be confirmed.

Also, in case you cancel or change your reservation at least 20 days prior to your stay, we will refund 80% of your payment, subtracting the handling charges. However, after the period of 20 days, no refund can be made, so please be noticed.
When the credit card payment is completed, it will be considered that you have verified all the items and agreed to all of them. Please understand this beforehand. In case of schedule change, we will only accept it if your requested date is available.
In case Mt. Fuji is shut down for climbing, the paid amount can be refunded.
